College Basketball: Michael Snaer - The Florida State Seminoles wouldn't have won their first ACC men's basketball tournament title without their junior guard. Snaer averaged 18 points as the Seminoles plowed their way through three straight wins. First he scored 20, including four-of-five from three-point range, in a win over Miami.
Then he had 16 and six assists as Florida State edged No. 6 Duke, 62-59, in the semifinals. Snaer was on fire from downtown in the title game as well, hitting four-of-five threes en route to 18 points as the Seminoles clinched the championship with an 85-82 win over North Carolina. Snaer was named tourney MVP for his efforts.
