Soccer Broadcast Schedule

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida State fans will have a great opportunity to see the Seminole Soccer team in action in 2014 as nine regular season matches will broadcast live this fall as the Atlantic Coast Conference announced its fall broadcast coverage on Tuesday, August 12.

Six matches will broadcast live inside the Seminole Soccer Complex and three more on the road. Florida State’s first national broadcast will occur on Friday, September 5 when the Seminoles host intra-state rival Florida at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN3. The match is sure to draw a great crowd as the defending national champion Florida State football team will host The Citadel in their home opener 24 hours later.

Other home TV broadcasts include matches against St. John’s on September 8 (ESPN3/7:00 p.m.), Louisville on September 25 (ESPN3/7:00 p.m.), Virginia on September 28 (ESPNU/4:00 p.m.), Syracuse on October 9 (ESPN3/7:00 p.m.) and Duke on October 31 (ESPN3/7:00 p.m.).

FSU will also have three road matches broadcast live including its September 18 showdown against Connecticut at 7:00 p.m. in Storrs as the NSCAA Game of the Week on

The other two road broadcasts include matches at North Carolina on October 23 (RSN & ESPN3/7:00 p.m.) and NC State on October 26 (ESPN3/1:00 p.m.).

A total of 121 ACC fall contests will appear on ESPN networks, including six on ESPNU and 115 on ESPN3. All 115 ESPN3 broadcasts will also be available on the WatchESPN mobile app.

The ACC Women’s Soccer Championship game will be carried live on ESPNU at 1:00 p.m., while both semifinals will be shown on ESPN3.

An additional 16 games will be broadcast on the league’s regional sports networks (RSN), which include FOX Sports Carolinas, FOX Sports South, FOX Sports Florida, FOX Sports Indiana, Sun Sports, Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic, NESN, YES, ROOT SPORTS, and MSG. Each of these 16 contests will also be carried on ESPN3.

Florida State opens the 2014 season at home against Portland on Friday, August 22 at 7:00 p.m. Admission to every home game inside the Seminole Soccer Complex is free of charge.
