Soccer Heads To Atlanta

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The FSU Women’s Soccer team will open its spring schedule this Saturday, February 27th. The Seminoles head to Atlanta to play two matches against the Georgia Bulldogs and Nebraska Cornhuskers at the Tophat Soccer Club.

The matches will be played back-to-back on Saturday with the first coming against Nebraska at 1:00 p.m., followed with the second match against Georgia at 2:30 p.m. Each game will be 60 minutes in length.

Florida State is coming off a strong 2009 season as they finished 19-5-1 overall and 7-2-1 in the ACC. The Seminoles made history as they were crowned ACC regular season champions for the first in school history. In addition, FSU finished the year advancing to the NCAA Quarterfinals for the fifth year in a row.
