Appeared in 10 games for the Noles, finishing with a 1-0 record and 8.44 ERA over 10.2 innings…picked up his only decision of the season against NC State (3/15), pitching two innings of one-run ball and striking out a career-high three batters as the Noles rallied in extra innings for a 9-8 victory over the Wolfpack…allowed a run on two hits in his first career start against USF (3/5) as he did not factor into the decision…second start was his final appearance of the season against Stetson (5/6), allowing two runs over a career-high 3.0 innings pitched…made his season debut at Jacksonville (2/18) as a relief pitcher in the 12-6 FSU victory.


Made seven relief appearances on the season…went 0-0 with a 7.04 ERA over 7.2 innings…made his collegiate debut against USF (2/24) and pitched a scoreless inning in relief…worked a season-high 2.0 innings against Georgia Tech (3/22)…made his first road appearance at Virginia Tech (3/30) allowing only one hit in 1.0 inning of work…registered his first strikeout in finishing game one of a doubleheader at Virginia (4/20)…pitched the final inning at Stetson (5/7) and struck out two of the three batters he faced, setting a new career-high…played over the summer with the Sanford River Rats of the Florida Collegiate League – was named an All-Star after posting a 3-3 record and one save with a 3.52 ERA in 12 appearances.


Played four years of baseball at Trinity Christian Academy in Deltona, Fla.…member of the 2009, 2010 and 2012 FHSAA State Championship team…ranked No. 383 in the 2012 Perfect Game national rankings.
