Appeared in 12 games – all in relief – for the Seminoles during his redshirt freshman campaign…posted a 1-0 record with a 4.00 ERA…registered 18.0 innings on the hill while recording 15 strikeouts…held opponents to a .235 average on the year allowing just three extra base hits…made his collegiate debut against USF (March 3) and allowed just one hit while striking out one in a scoreless inning in relief…opened the season not allowing a run in his first four relief appearances – a span covering 6.2 innings…worked a season-high 3.2 innings in FSU’s 8-7 marathon 17-inning victory at Miami…picked up his first career win against the Hurricanes after limiting Miami to just two hits and no runs in the 15th, 16th and 17th innings…tied a season-high with four strikeouts twice – first over 3.1 innings against Wake Forest (March 13) and then in 2.0 scoreless innings against Clemson (5/15)…worked more than 1.0 inning in relief five times…played summer ball with the Elmira Pioneers of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League.
