A hardworking addition to the Seminoles’ roster in the fall of 2016…practiced and traveled with the team throughout his first season as a member of the team…helped Florida State finish in second place in the ACC standings and earn a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament in his first season as a Seminole…named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll and helped the Seminoles earn mention as an NABC Academic Team of Excellence in 2017.

At St. Paul's School

Graduated from St. Paul’s School in Covington, La., in 2016…totaled 1,178 career points, 736 career rebounds and 206 career blocked shots as a four-year member of the St. Paul’s varsity…team captain and St. Paul’s Player of the Year as a senior…earned the Jimmy Dunn award in 2016 as Most Outstanding Athlete…highly decorated as a senior as he averaged a career-high 13.4 pints, 8.5 rebounds and a career-high 3.3 blocked shots per game…named the District 6-5A Most Valuable Player and played in the Louisiana High School Coaches Association All-Star game…named to the All-Metro First-team by NOLA.com and to the Metro Area Elite Team by the Clarion Herald…led St. Paul’s to a school record 31 consecutive wins and to a 31-2 record during his senior season…led St. Paul’s to a district championship as a senior…named Most Valuable Player at the Gene Bennett Memorial Tournament and to the All-Tournament team at the Sugar Bowl Catholic Youth Organization High School Tournament…an All-District selection as a junior in leading St. Paul’s to a 23-10 record…averaged 13.2 points, a career-high 8.9 rebounds and 1.8 blocked shots while shooting 38 percent from the 3-point line as a junior…earned All-District honors as he averaged 10.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.5 blocked shots per game as a sophomore…also an outstanding swimmer…a seven-time Northlake Regional Champion, a two-time New Orleans Metro Champion and a four-time All-State honoree…in earning all-state honors, he finished in the top three in the standings in his events at the state championship meet.

Born April 13, 1998…Harrison is the son of Ernie and Cindy Prieto…graduated high school with a 4.36 grade point average…a four-time St. Paul’s School Golden Torch Award winner for academic and extracurricular activities…named to the Louisiana High School Athletic Association All-Academic Team as a senior at St. Paul’s…a member of the student council throughout his high school career…his grandfather, J. Ernest Prieto, was a four-year letter winner at the University of Miami…played for the Northshore Titans and baton Rouge Red Storm in AAU basketball…major at Florida State is meteorology…chose Florida State over LSU Alexandria, Millsaps College in Mississippi, Colby College in Maine and South Alabama for basketball and Oklahoma, Mississippi State, NC State, Miami and St. Louis University for academics when making his college choice.
