JUNIOR (2017):

Was named CCSA Tournament MVP with partner Victoria Paranagua…earned CCSA Pair of the Week with Francesca Goncalves (April 11) … was a major part in leading FSU to the NCAA Beach Volleyball championship in Gulf Shores, Ala. … finished her junior seasons with a 29-9 record, good for second most wins on the team… appeared in every match of the 2017 season for the Noles… partnered with Francesca Goncalves for 16 matches during the season going 12-3 at the No. 2 position and 1-0 at the No. 3 position… the duo defeated 10 ranked opponents including UCLA (Kamila Tan/Madi Yeomans), USC (Sophie Bukovec/Allie Wheeler), South Carolina (Shannon Williams/Ali Denny) and Pepperdine (Corinne Quiggle/Brittany Howard)… played in seven matches with Brooke Kuhlman posting a 4-3 record… the two went 0-1 at the No.1 position and 4-2 at the No. 2 position… finished off the season partnering with Victoria Paranagua in the CCSA and NCAA Championships… the pair went 11-1 and won their first eight matches together…with Paranagua, Freire went 6-0 at the CCSA Championship on their way to winning Tournament MVP… the pair went 3-1 at the NCAA Championship… they beat South Carolina (Shannon Williams/Ali Denny), UCLA (Kamila Tan/Madi Yeomans) and revenged their earlier loss in the tournament to Hawaii (Ka’iwi Schucht/Nikki Taylor).

SOPHOMORE (2016):

Was a member of the 2016 CCSA All-Tournament team… led FSU to the inaugural NCAA Beach Volleyball Championships and a national runner-up finish in Gulf Shores, Ala. … finished her sophomore campaign posting an overall and dual-match record of 29-5 … tied for the team lead in wins with Kristina Pellitteri and Victoria Paranagua … appeared in 34 of 35 matches in 2016 … partnered with Sierra Sanchez for 32 of her 34 matches going 24-5 at the No. 3 position, while also playing at No. 2 (1-0) and No. 4 (2-0) spots on the year … won their first 12 matches together to open the 2016 season … of their 27 victories, 13 clinched the match for the Seminoles, a team-high, including a three-set thriller against UCLA in the NCAA Championship semifinals … went 18-4 against ranked foes with 11 of those victories coming against schools ranked in the Top 10 … defeated Southern California’s Nicolette Martin and Allie Wheeler twice in 2016 handing the Trojan duo two of their four dual-match losses on the year … their first win against Martin/Wheeler in Los Angeles (March 11) – a hard fought three-set victory – snapped USC’s 19-game home win streak … earned CCSA Pair of the Week honors with Sanchez after helping FSU to four wins to open the season on the west coast including two match clinching victories … went a perfect 12-0 against CCSA foes as 11 of the 12 matches were determined in straight sets while five clinched the team win … finished the CCSA Tournament a perfect 5-0 en route to earning All-Tournament team honors…went 3-2 at the NCAA Tournament with Sanchez to lead all Seminole pairs in wins in Gulf Shores … posted a 7-1 mark in three-set matches … also went 1-0 with Annie Montgomery and Brooke Kuhlman in dual-match both coming at the No. 3 position.

FRESHMAN (2015):

Posted a 19-6 overall record during her freshman season after pairing with two teammates on the year … ranked seventh on the team with 19 wins … paired with Annie Montgomery to go 18-5 on the year and went 1-1 with Katherine Plessy … saw action at the No. 3, 4, and 5 positions … paired with Montgomery at the LMU/USC Pairs Tournament (3/14) at the No. 4 position … pulled off a 31-29 upset victory over USC’s No. 2 pairs in the round of 16 … collected team points for FSU in dual match victories over Arizona State, Tulane, UAB and South Carolina at the No. 4 spot … earned a point for FSU in a 3-2 loss to Georgia State at No. 4…picked up a straight set victory against Carson-Newman at the No. 3 position at the Gamecock Invitational … finished the tournament with a 5-1 record … won the Team Cup Gold Bracket with Montgomery at the Siesta Key Tournament (4/12) posting a 6-1 record on the day … played at the No. 4 position in both matches with Montgomery at the AVCA National Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala. … dropped their opening round match to No. 3 FIU (May 1) in straight sets (18-21, 13-21) … bounced back to earn the Noles a point in the consolation round against No. 2 Hawaii (May 1) winning in three sets (18-21, 21-18, 15-7) … helped the Seminoles to a tie for seventh place at the national tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL:

Helped Lake Highland Prep reach the Class 4A State Finals in 2013 … was rated the No.1 overall recruit for the 2014 class in the state of Florida … named an AVCA All-American for sand volleyball her senior year … selected First-Team All-Central Florida for girls high school volleyball her senior year … won the Best Defensive Player Award and Best All-Around Player Award her senior year … was the highest point scorer on the U18 Florida Region USAV tour … took second at the National High Performance U19 Beach Championships at Hermosa Beach in 2012 … named Most Valuable Player her freshman and sophomore year … a member of the Junior National Beach Team for several years…participated in the USA Volleyball Girls’ A1/A2 Youth Holiday High Performance Camp in Chula Vista, Calif. in December of 2012 … played for the Sonshine and Beach Dig volleyball clubs … also played basketball and was a member of the track and field team … voted as the Student Government Executive President her senior year … student government Class of 2014 Secretary and Treasurer her freshman through junior year at Lake Highland Prep … was secretary of the French Club in all four years of high school…founded and was president of the Beach Volleyball Club at school.
