Closed out her collegiate with an impressive season in her only year in the Garnet and Gold, culminating with a 2018 NCAA National Championship…finished with a 30-6 record and two saves as the 30 wins marked a career high and ranked third in the NCAA…posted a 1.33 ERA over 204.2 innings of work, allowing just 111 hits and an opponent batting average of .156 on the season…tallied 241 strikeouts, which ranked second in the ACC and 22nd in the nation…was named ACC Pitcher of the Week four times (Feb 20, March 6, March 20, May 7) and was a three-time honoree as an NFCA Top Performer of the Week (March 27, April 10, May 7)…drafted No. 5 overall in the 2018 National Pro Fastpitch Draft by the Cleveland Comets…decided to play professionally with the Scrapyard Dawgs in an independent league…struck out eight batters in her FSU debut on February 9 in a complete-game victory at Texas State…faced just one over the minimum in the win against Portland State (Feb. 10)…recorded a season-high nine strikeouts against Florida A&M in the FSU home opener on February 14…gave up two hits and one unearned run in 5.0 innings against No. 14 Minnesota on February 17, striking out eight…recorded 6.2 shutout innings against No. 20 Michigan, allowing two hits and two walks with four strikeouts..struck out nine and allowed three hits in a shutout victory against Georgia State on February 24…recorded 21 outs in the first 21 batters against Hofstra on March 2, but a sacrifice fly in the 10th inning gave the Pride a 1-0 victory…posted 12 strikeouts in 6.2 innings against FGCU on March 3…entered in relief against No. 6 Oregon and retired 16 of the 17 batters she faced, with three strikeouts, as the Noles came from behind to win 2-1…allowed just one hit in a 5.0-inning victory at North Florida with five strikeouts…a solo home run in the fifth inning against Troy on March 21 snapped a scoreless streak of 34.1 innings, dating back to March 2. Within that streak, she did not allow a runner to reach third base in 32.0 innings…struck out 11 in a complete game shutout on March 23 against Syracuse as FSU earned a 1-0 win…allowed two hits over 4.0 innings on March 25 versus the Orange, giving up two runs, one earned on six strikeouts…struck out five in a 3.0-inning start on March 30 at Georgia Tech…pitched 4.0 innings of relief and allowed just one hit at GT on March 31 to pick up the win…gave up two hits in a complete-game win against No. 19 Louisiana on April 4…recorded 17 strikeouts in 10 innings during the series with Pitt on April 6-8, giving up just three hits and one unearned run…earned the complete-game win over No. 6 Florida, surrendering just two hits over 7.0 innings with five strikeouts…retired the last 19 batters she faced on April 23 against Louisville…tossed a no-hitter at NC State on May 5, allowing just three walks over 7.0 innings…did not allow a hit over the final 1.1 innings of the game against Notre Dame on May 11 in the ACC Tournament, earning her second save of the season…earned the fifth no-hitter of her career on May 18 against Jacksonville State, recording the first 10 outs with a strikeout and finishing with 13 Ks in the 8-0 win in five innings…retired the first 15 batters in the Regional Final on May 20 against Jacksonville St. & allowed just one hit with 11 strikeouts in the win…pitched a complete game against No. 11 LSU on May 26 in game three of the NCAA Tallahassee Super Regional to reach the Women’s College World Series for the first time. She scattered five hits and one run with one walk and four strikeouts in the victory…gave up one unearned run and five hits with two walks and four strikeouts over 6.1 innings in a 4-1 win over No. 1 Oregon at the 2018 Women’s College World Series…sent the Seminoles to their first WCWS Championship Series with a win over No. 3 UCLA on June 3, striking out two and not allowing a walk over 4.1 innings.
Threw two-hit shutout with 10 strikeouts against North Florida (2/9)…struck out 10 and gave up just four hits in 2-0 win over N.C. State (2/10)…pitched third complete game shutout of the year in 5-0 win against Michigan St. (2/12)…recorded 14 strikeouts against Tulsa in a 5-1 win (2/17)…tallied 11 strikeouts in 3-1 victory over Arkansas (2/24)…suffered a season-ending injury vs. Kentucky (2/25).
Named Conference USA Preseason Pitcher of the Year…began the season with a complete game five hitter and 14 strikeouts in win over Hofstra (2/12)…picked up save against Wright State, then threw second career no-hitter against Tulsa (2/13)…was named ESPNW National Player of the Week after the opening week of the season…tossed three shutout victories over UCF and Middle Tennessee (2) to earn NFCA National Co-Pitcher of the Week honors…those three wins began personal 19 game winning streak…pitched third career no-hitter and had 16 strikeouts against UTSA (5/8), her third consecutive double-digit strikeout performance…named Conference USA Pitcher of the Week seven times during the season…Conference USA Pitcher of the Year…MVP of Conference USA Tournament…Top-10 Finalist for USA Softball Player of the Year…NFCA Second Team All-American…led the nation with a 0.76 ERA.
Began season with complete-game four hitter in 2-0 win over Georgia Tech (2/7)…struck out 13 in a 9-1 victory over Michigan State (2/13)…fanned 12 batters in a 3-2, eight-inning win over Hofstra (3/6)…threw a complete game with seven strikeouts, coming up just short in 1-0 loss to Florida State (3/7)…tossed five shutout innings in 9-1 over Middle Tennessee (3/20)…had 15 strikeouts in 5-1 win over FIU (3/28/15)…threw first career no-hitter and had career high 18 strikeouts vs. Charlotte (4/11), earning C-USA Co-Pitcher of the Week…complete game four-hitter in 3-0 win at Marshall (4/18), winning C-USA Pitcher of the Week for the second week in a row…sat down 15 in 1-0 win over UTSA (4/25)…picked up back-to-back wins over Southern Miss (5/2 and 5/3)…named to the C-USA All-Tournament Team…pitched two perfect innings to pick up win over Hofstra at the NCAA Regional (5/16)…was named First Team All C-USA and NFCA All-Region…went 10-1 with a 1.11 ERA in C-USA play.
