Helped the Seminoles to the highest NCAA relay finish in school history by placing fourth in the 200 medley relay at 2014 NCAA Championships…contributed to a sixth place finish in the 400 medley relay…placed 10th in the 100 breast at the 2014 ACC Championships with a career best of 53.33…placed third in the 50 breast, ninth in the 100 breast and 12th in the 200 breast at the 2014 South African National Championships after NCAA’s…was given the Strength and Speed Award and the Seminole Pride Award at the end of the year banquet…earned All-American status by the NSCA.
Earned an All-American honorable mention status as the breaststroker in the 200 medley relay that took 10th at the NCAA Championships…was a part of the ACC and FSU record-setting 200 medley relay that took gold at ACC’s with a time of 1:24.84…swam a career best in the 100 breast at 54.10 at the ACC Championships, taking seventh…earned a second swim in the 200 breast at ACC’s touching with a time of 1:59.53.

Attended St. Benedict’s College for Boys from 2005-2009 where he was elected captain his senior year…was a four-year MVP for St. Benedict’s…was selected to represent South Africa at the Junior Africa Championships where he was a three-time silver medalist in the 50m, 100m breaststroke and 200m freestyle events…a member of the gold medal winning 4×50 free relay while representing the South African Schools at the Pacific Schools Games in Melbourne, Australia in 2005…qualified for 2008 South African Olympic Trials.
Born April 4, 1991…son of Andrew and Carolyn Pike…father Andrew represented South Africa in 1991-1992 for rowing but just missed qualifying for the Barcelona Olympic games…made the Dean’s List while at Indian River State College…also played cricket, tennis, soccer and field hockey…is a member of the Southern Dolphins Aquatics where he was coached by Carolyn Pike under the mentorship of Koroly Von Toros where he was a two-time South African Olympic Trials qualifier…majoring in Psychology.
