Bahamian standout who enjoyed two strong seasons following an All-American junior college career…outstanding 400-meter runner and relay contributor…earned four All-American certificates in his career…member of school record indoor 4×400 relay team…became the first sprinter in program history to earn CoSIDA Academic All-American honors.

2014

Outdoor: member of NCAA Outdoor Championships qualifying teams in the 4×400 and 4×100 relays…earned second-team All-American honors for his work on the 4×400…provided leadoff leg to FSU’s No. 7 all-time 4×400 (3:04.95) at NCAA East Preliminary, good for championships qualifying mark…was once again in leadoff role, helping `Noles clinch the ACC Outdoor team title with a third-place 4×400 relay finish…also placed seventh at ACC Championships in the 400…season-best 400 (46.31) came in third-place finish at Seminole Twilight.

Indoor: Picked up his third All-American honor as the Seminoles’ 4×400 placed seventh at NCAA Indoor Championships…helped the Seminoles clinch the ACC Indoor Championship by leading off third-place 4×400…opened up at Cherry & Silver with an indoor PB season-best 46.44 for second-place finish in 400 and the No. 3 time in program history.

2013

Outdoor: Earned second All-American honors as leadoff leg on FSU’s eighth-place 4×100 relay at NCAA Outdoor Championships…quartet ran season-best 39.14 in semifinals…helped the `Noles claim the ACC Outdoor team title by placing third in 400 in career-best 46.14, good for All-ACC honors.

Indoor: Member of FSU’s school-record 4×400 relay, which was set at NCAA Indoor Championships (3:05.13) in a third-place finish…finished fifth at ACC Indoor Championships in the 400 and ran season-best 47.06 at Tyson Invitational to place third.

Personal

A three-time All-American at Essex County (N.J.) College, where he claimed the 2012 NJCAA 400-meter indoor national title…has represented the Bahamas on the international stage in a number of competitions…competed in the 2010 World Junior Championships as well as the 2010 and 2008 Carfita Games on the Bahamas’ 4×400 relay…has earned All-ACC Academic honors three times and won Golden Torch award for top GPA on FSU’s track team…completing degree in sociology this summer…has a twin sister, Aloniqua…born February 8, 1992.
