Integral member of the team as the Seminoles pursue a national title outdoors in 2012…a 400/200 specialist who is capable of contributing individually, but critical to FSU’s 4×400 relay hopes…sidelined throughout the 2012 indoor season, but expected to have an immediate impact upon his return…brings All-American experience to the table.

2011

Outdoor – NCAA Championship qualifier in the 400m dash after finishing 10th with a career-best time of 45.51…earned a spot in Des Moines, Iowa on the strength of his sixth-place finish (46.10) in the NCAA First Round at Indiana; also competed in the 4×400 relay…captured his first ACC Championship individual title at Duke in the 400m dash when he dipped below 46 seconds (45.89) for the first time…also brought home a fourth-place ACC finish in the 200m with his collegiate-best time of 20.91 at Duke, helping the `Noles claim the team title. Indoor – was a member of FSU’s ninth-place 4×400 relay team at the NCAA Indoor Championships, earning second-team All-American honors…quartet secured a spot in the championship meet at the Iowa State Qualifier when the `Noles finished second in a season-best 3:07.26…qualified fifth in the 400m at the ACC Championship in the preliminary rounds but launched his breakout season by finishing second in the finals (47.39), which remains his career-best mark indoors for FSU.

2010

Outdoor & Indoor – took a redshirt season.

2009

Outdoor – ran in the preliminary round of the 4×400 at the NCAA Championship as the `Noles advanced to the finals in 3:01.54, which was the fastest in school history…collected his first ACC Championship as a member of the winning 4×400 relay team (3:06.99)…also placed fourth in the 400m dash (46.73)…was a member of Florida State’s Penn Relays-winning 4×400 relay team, which came on the strength of a season-best mark of 3:03.78…recorded a season-best 46.04 at the Seminole Twilight meet…helped the team lock up an NCAA East Region appearance in the 4×400 relay when they logged a 3:04.02 in a win at the Seminole Invitational. Indoor – a member of FSU’s NCAA Indoor Championship silver medal 4×400 relay team (3:05.97), teaming with brothers Kevin and Jonathan Borlee, along with Kevin Williams, as the Seminoles finished third in the team scoring…was a member of FSU’s ACC Indoor Championship runner-up 4×400 relay team, handling the third leg duties.

Personal

Starred at Miami Southridge High, where as a senior he posted the nation’s fastest 200m dash (20.63)…captured state titles in the 200 (20.82) and 400 (47.12) as a senior and added a runner-up finish in the triple jump…state runner-up in the 200 and 400 as a junior…place fourth as a sophomore in the triple jump and eighth as a freshman…a four-time All-Dade County selection in track…majoring in social science…born Feb. 9, 1989.
