Indoor: Competed in four meets as a graduate student…ran season-best 4:12.94 mile at Hemery Valentine Invitational in what proved to be his final meet as a collegian. Outdoor: Unable to compete due to injuries.
Cross Country: Didn’t make debut until FSU Invitational due to injury…was 10th among all Noles on home course in 26:25.8 (8k)…inserted into the lineup for the ACC Championships and rewarded coaches with a career-best 42nd-place finish (24:11.9, 8k) to place sixth among teammates…was even better two weeks later, finished third among Noles at the NCAA South Region (31:24.8, 10k) to finish career-best 29th. Indoor: Competed in five meets, building on solid finish to cross country season…posted new collegiate bests in the mile (4:09.17) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational and the 3000m (8:27.49) at the Clemson Invitational. Outdoor: Saw action in only two meets with season-best 1500 coming at FSU Relays.
Cross Country: Competed in a team-high seven meets, including the Seminoles’ NCAA South Region title victory in Tuscaloosa, Ala…best finish was fifth at FSU Invitational where he covered the 8000m course in 26:00.3, and came back to shave 28 seconds off that mark at home in the ACC Championships…trio of solid early efforts at Covered Bridge, Virginia Tech and Boston secured spot in lineup. Indoor: did not compete.Outdoor: despite battling injury competed in five meets, primarily in the 1500.
Cross Country: Saw action in three meets over the course of the season…highlight came with a scoring contribution to FSU’s fifth-place finish at the ACC Championships where he turned in an 8k best time of 25:08…placed 30th in his collegiate cross country debut at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational…followed up with a 23rd place showing at the FSU Invitational. Indoor: Competed in three meets and established two new personal-bests…ran 8:31.09 in 3000 at the Rod McCravy Memorial…followed up with a 4:13.93 mile at the Razorback Invitational. Outdoor: Enjoyed his finest season to date for the Noles while competing almost exclusively in the 1500…opened the year with a third-place 1500 finish at the FSU Relays…scored his first collegiate victory at the Miami Alumni Invitational…established a new personal-best at UF’s Tom Jones Memorial (3:50.12), which earned him a spot in the ACC Championships meet.
Cross Country: Redshirted while making the transition from high school middle distance background. Indoor: Represented the Seminoles in two meets during the season…contributed a leg to FSU’s fifth-place distance medley relay finish at the Razorback Invitational…also ran a season-best 4:21.04 in the mile at the same meet. Outdoor: Competed unattached at home meets while redshirting.
Ran for Cariho Regional High School where he claimed five Rhode Island (all-classifications) state titles on the track, including the 2013 and 2012 outdoor and indoor crowns…also won 2012 Rhode Island 800 outdoor title…was runner-up at 2012 Rhode Island State Cross Country Championships (16:01.07)…set 1500m personal-best of 3:57.9 in win at 2012 Classical Classic outdoors…1600m PR (4:16.49) came with runner-up finish at New England Outdoor Championships…set indoor 800 PR (1:53.77) at 2012 New Balance Indoor Nationals, which is state record…also member of indoor 4xMile national record-setting team and 4×800 state and New England record-setting quartet…born Jan. 20, 1995.
