PERFORMANCE PROFILE

A two-sport standout for the Seminoles who plays in the secondary on the football team…earned All-American honors on the track for the Noles as a freshman with a seventh-place finish in the long jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships…scored in the long jump at both the ACC Indoor and Outdoor Championships while competing in 10 meets over both seasons.

2017:

Indoor – Participated in three meets…placed second in long jump during his collegiate debut at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational…was sixth at the ACC Championships in the long jump (7.35m/24-1.5). Outdoor -Placed eighth at the ACC Championships in the long jump…qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary meet on the strength of his fourth-place leap of 7.55m (24-9.25) at the Tom Jones Memorial…grabbed the 12th and final qualifying spot for the NCAA Championships with a leap of 7.47m (24-6.25)…followed former two-sport great Jalen Ramsey by earning All-American honors with his collegiate-best leap of 7.63m (25-0.5).

Personal:

Has appeared in 21 games for the football Seminoles over two seasons…recovered an onside kick and recorded a single-game high three tackles in FSU’s Walk-On’s Independence Bowl win over Southern Miss this past season…collected the Orange Bowl-clinching interception to secure the win against Michigan as a freshman…A four-star defensive back, he led Osceola High to back-to-back state championship game appearances..was also a four-year track & field standout, competing in the 110 hurdles (14.17), sprints and long jump, winning the 4A state title as a senior…ranked No. 6 nationally in the long jump as a senior (7.62m/25-0)…plans to major in food science and nutrition…born November 10, 1996.
