Served as captain of the track team from sophomore through senior years…was member of the 2017 NCHSAA 4A Indoor 4×400 state championship team in a state record time of 3:25:53…was the state runner-up in the 300mH at the 2017 NCHSAA 4A Outdoor state championships…2017 NCHSAA regional champion in the 300mH & 110mH…2016 & 2017 conference 300 hurdles champion as well as the 110 hurdles champ in 2017…owns high school personal-bests of 14.57 (110 hurdles), 38.09 (300 hurdles) and 54.60 (400 hurdles)…played varsity football his junior year…played varsity basketball his sophomore year…member of the National Honor Society his senior year…made Dean’s List freshman year through senior year…graduated with a 4.15 GPA…plans on majoring in economics…the son of Shelley and LaMont Knight…born April 23, 1999.
