Enters junior season hopeful remaining healthy and maintaining his spot on what should be a stout 4×100 relay outdoors…will compete in the short sprints indoors and outdoors in addition to the relay…former Jamaican high school standout has eyes on getting back to the NCAA Championships where he earned second-team All-American honors in 2016 on the 4×100 relay.



Indoor – Competed in only two meets before his season was cut short by injury…ran a career-best 36.36 in the 300 at the Clemson Invitational…also competed in the 60- and 200-meter dashes at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational. Outdoor – Did not open season until early April and lined up in only five meets, competing in both the 100 and 4×100 relay…ran leadoff leg on winning 4×100 at the Seminole Twilight which secured an NCAA East qualifying mark (40.19)…also led off Noles’ silver medal 4×100 at the ACC Championships…came out of the blocks for the season-best 4×100 (39.71) at the NCAA East meet as the Noles finished 14th; two spots shy of an NCAA Championships berth.



Outdoor: Anchored 4×100 to a SB 39.53 at East Preliminary and an automatic berth to the NCAA…advanced to finals of ACC Championships 100-meter dash, where he placed eighth in slightly windy 10.51…also popped off runner-up 4×100 at ACC’s…season-best 100 (10.52) came at UNF Twilight…ran leadoff leg on every 4×100 this season…top outdoor 200 (21.61) came at Seminole Invitational. Indoor: Turned in SB 60-meter dash (6.85) at ACC Championships in preliminary round, but missed final by one spot…indoor debut included 22.23 200 at UAB Blazer Invitational; his first-ever indoor competition.


Starred at Wolmers High School for Boys in Kingston…ran 100m PB 10.37 in 2014…member of bronze medalist 4×100 team at 2014 World Junior Championships (39.12)…won gold as a member of the 2012 CAC 4x100m team (40.17)…medaled at the Boys & Girls Championships in the 100 in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015…gold medalist at 2011 Carifta Games…son of Tracy-Ann Campbell…intends to major in sport management…born Novermber 3, 1995.
