SENIOR (2016, Florida State):

The first player to reach the 1,000-kill / 1,000-dig mark for a career while donning a Florida State jersey, Horton spent three years in Tallahassee after transferring from Ohio University … wrapped up a solid senior season by finishing among the top Florida State players in 11 categories including total attacks (1,052-1st), service aces (22-1st), service aces/set (0.17-1st), kills (362-2nd), kills/set (2.87-2nd), digs (416-2nd), digs/set (3.30-2nd), assisted blocks (65-3rd), total blocks (70-4th) and blocks/set (0.56-5th) … was joined by Milica Kubura among Florida State players with 300 kills as the duo became the seventh set of teammates, third under head coach Chris Poole, in the rally scoring era to post at least 300 kills in the same season … teamed with Cecilie Woie, who tallied 500 digs, to become the fifth tandem in the rally scoring era to have at least 350-plus digs in the same season … played an integral role in helping Florida State finish second in the Atlantic Coast Conference standings for the fourth time in as many seasons … individual success in ACC action allowed Horton to rank among top five players on the team in kills (222-2nd), kills/set (2.85-2nd), digs (273-2nd), service aces (13-4th), service aces/set (0.17-4th), solo blocks (3-5th) and total blocks (38-5th) … wraps up her four-year collegiate career with 1,207 kills (2.49 kills/set), 1,079 digs (2.23 digs/set), a .225 hitting percentage, 294 total blocks (32 solo blocks / 262 assisted blocks) and 60 service aces … leaves her mark on the Florida State record books by ranking in five major categories in the rally scoring era including digs (1,003-4th), kills (896-8th), digs/set (2.78-9th), assisted blocks (182-12th) and total blocks (199-13th) … her 1,003 digs allow Horton to close her career ranked 12th all-time in program history … wrapped up her first match of the season at UCF (Aug. 27) with eight kills, eight digs and six assisted blocks … one of three Seminoles in double figure kills (11) in the five-set victory over No. 16 Texas A&M (Sept. 1) in the opening round of the Puerto Rico Clasico … established her single-match career-high in kills (20) after recording a .364 hitting percentage and 11 digs against Alabama (Sept. 2) … drove home nine kills and added 11 digs in a five-set win over No. 6 MInnesota (Sept. 3) … grabbed All-Tournament honors at the Home2Suites by Hilton Tallahassee Seminole Tournament after recording 35 kills (.342 attack pct.), 29 digs (2.64 digs/set) and nine blocks (eight assisted) … opened the two-day event with 11 digs and nine kills against Baylor (Sept. 8) … registered a match-high 13 kills and finished with a season-high .632 attack percentage as the Noles swept crosstown rival Florida A&M … followed that by recording 13 kills to help lead FSU over Little Rock … was a defensive force for Florida State against the Gators (Sept. 14) as she came through with a season-high 17 digs to go along with eight kills … was bestowed her second career ACC Player of the Week honor, the first since Sept. 22, 2014, after recording 28 digs (4.00 digs/set), 23 kills (3.29 kills per set), four blocks (two solo) and a .333 attack percentage in Florida State’s weekend victories over league foes Miami and Louisville … enjoyed a 13-kill, 11-dig outing versus Miami (Sept 23) that resulted in a .591 attack percentage, anchoring an FSU offense that tallied 44 kills and a .457 attack percentage, the sixth-best attack percentage in a three-set match against an ACC opponent since the rally scoring era began in 2001 … two days later she recorded her second double-double of the weekend (17 digs, 10 kills) and 15th of her career in the four-set victory … instrumental in the Florida State offense finishing with 50 kills and a .418 attack percentage versus Syracuse (Sept. 30) by finishing with eight kills … recorded a match-high 13 digs, her second-most in a match this season, as the Noles downed Boston College (Oct. 2) … rebounded from a tough outing against North Carolina (Oct. 7) to finish with 15 kills in 38 total attacks at NC State (Oct. 9). She also tied her career high in digs (20) and added two assisted blocks … notched the 1,000th kill in her collegiate career as she finished with 10 in a five-set win over Virginia Tech (Oct. 14) … capped off a four-set win versus Pittsburgh (Oct. 16) by recording 11 kills (.300 attack percentage) along with nine digs and three total blocks … tallied nine kills and nine digs in Florida State’s sweep of Miami (Oct. 19) … enjoyed her 17th career double-double and fifth of the season (11 kills, 15 digs) in a win over Virginia (Oct. 21) … came through with her sixth double-double of the season (20 digs, 10 kills) in a four-set win over Louisville (Oct. 28) … emerged with the first back-to-back 20-plus dig outing of her career as she recorded a career-high 23 digs in four sets against Notre Dame (Oct. 30) … posted her sixth double-double of ACC play in 2016 against NC State (14 kills, 13 digs) while finishing with five assisted blocks … followed that with a double-double (13 digs, 10 kills) against No. 12 North Carolina (Nov. 6) as she topped double-digit digs for the 14th time in 2016 … weekend began with a 10-kill, 13-dig outing against Boston College (Nov. 11) as she recorded her third double-double in as many matches as she topped double-digit digs for the sixth straight contest … enjoyed a career-high 21 kills on 42 swings as the Seminoles improved 20-5 on the season against Syracuse (Nov. 13). She posted a .333 attack percentage in her 15th double-digit kill performance of the season … rattled off her fifth straight double-double (18 kills / 13 digs) in the Seminoles’ four-set win at Duke (Nov. 18) … became the 20th player in ACC history and first in Florida State history to record 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs as she came through with 13 digs in a win over the Demon Deacons (Nov. 20) … penetrated Clemson’s defense for 14 kills  and added 15 digs to mark her 19th double-digit dig outing of the season … was responsbile for 14 kills and nine digs in Florida State’s five-set season finale victory over Georgia Tech (Nov. 25) … enjoyed a solid performance (26 digs, 17 kills, .310 attack percentage) to help lead the Seminoles to a four-set victory over Cincinnati (Dec. 2) in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament … tallied a team-high 18 kills (.280 attack percentage) to go along with 12 digs as she keyed the come-from-behind victory over Florida (Dec. 3) … emerged with 14 digs and eight kills in the Sweet 16 clash with Stanford (Dec. 9) in Madison, Wisc. 

JUNIOR (2015, Florida State):

Came through with another solid all-around season as she finished in top five on the team in multiple categories including digs (308-2nd), digs/set (2.68-2nd), kills (220-4th), kills/set (1.91-4th), solo blocks (5-5th) and service aces (14-5th) … duplicated that mark in ACC play by finishing top five on the team in six categories including digs (198-2nd), digs/set (2.83-2nd), solo blocks (5-t-3rd), kills (139-4th), kills/set (1.99-4th)and service aces (10-5th) … kicked off her junior campaign with 11 kills and a .348 attack percentage against Oklahoma (Aug. 28) … brought home all-tournament honors as she combined for 28 kills, 26 digs and three assisted blocks in clashes with No. 22 Ohio State (twice) and Northern Illinois on Sept. 5-6 … followed that by having 21 digs, nine kills and  two assisted blocks in the Aloft Seminole Invite, earning all-tournament honors … began ACC play with 11 kills, five digs and a .346 hitting performance against Miami (Sept. 23) … followed with 13 digs, 11 kills, two assisted blocks and a .364 hitting percentage against Clemson as she had her third double-double of the season … played a vital part on defense for the Noles with 18 digs and two assisted blocks against Duke (Oct. 9) … established her season high in kills (16) when she had a .412 hitting percentage, along with 17 digs and two assisted blocks at NC State (Oct. 18) … capped off a four-match stretch of double figure digs with 17 digs and 11 kills against No. 22 Louisville (Nov. 15) … tied her season-high kill performance (16), while adding 20 digs and three assisted blocks in a five-set win at Georgia Tech (Nov. 25) … enjoyed a solid performance (26 digs, 17 kills, .310 attack percentage) to help lead the Seminoles to a four-set victory over Cincinnati (Dec. 2) in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament … tallied a team-high 18 kills (.280 attack percentage) to go along with 12 digs as she keyed the come-from-behind victory over Florida (Dec. 3) … emerged with 14 digs and eight kills in the Sweet 16 clash with Stanford (Dec. 9) in Madison, Wisc.

SOPHOMORE (2014, Florida State):

Proven two-way player as she ended the regular season by finishing top five on the team in nine categories including kills (314-2nd), kills/set (2.62-2nd), service aces (23-3rd), digs (279-3rd), digs/set (2.33-3rd), solo blocks (7-4th), assisted blocks (72-4th), total blocks (79-4th) and blocks per set (0.66-5th) … replicated that effort in ACC play by finishing top five on the team in nine categories including kills (175-2nd), kills/set (2.69-2nd), service aces (15-2nd), digs (150-3rd), digs/set (2.31-3rd), solo blocks (2-t-4th), assisted blocks (43-4th), total blocks (45-4th) and blocks per set (0.69-5th) … immediately made her presence felt with 17 kills and 11 digs against No. 7 Nebraska (Aug. 29) … capped off a solid outing against American (Sept. 7) where she finished with 17 kills, five digs, four total blocks (three assisted blocks) and a .412 attack percentage … notched her second double-double (13 kills / 10 digs) in a sweep of No. 21 Texas A&M (Sept. 20), which was instrumental in earning her ACC Player of the Week honors … responsible for 15 kills, 15 digs and three service aces as Florida State held off Miami in a five-set win on Oct. 5 … opened her third weekend of ACC play with 13 kills and 12 digs at Louisville (Oct. 10) … enjoyed a solid outing against NC State (Oct. 31) when she hit 15 kills en route to a .370 attack percentage … had a four-match stretch in early November where she posted double figure kills against Virginia (10), Duke (12), No. 8 North Carolina (17) and Boston College (13). That marked her longest span of double figure kills on the season … tallied 13 digs and five kills in the NCAA Tournament opener against Jacksonville (Dec. 4) … had a solid outing against Alabama (Dec. 5) when she contributed eight digs, five kills and three service aces in the three-set victory … closed out the season with 15 digs, nine kills and two service aces against Brigham Young (Dec. 12) … selected as the Maximum Effort Award winner at the end of the year banquet.
 

FRESHMAN (2013, Ohio):

Made her collegiate debut in the 3-0 win over Bryant where she recorded four kills on five attempts (.800) … helped the Bobcats to win their 10th MAC Championship in 11 seasons … played in 122 sets overall while leading Ohio to a 27-6 overall record … appeared in all 33 matches while starting 20 … ranked second on the team in kills (312) and points (368) … also tallied 95 total blocks during her rookie year … averaged 2.56 kills per set and 0.78 blocks per set.

HIGH SCHOOL:

Led the Wayne Memorial Zebras to two-consecutive district tournament championships … ranked No. 95 on PrepVolleyball’s Senior Ace list … played six positions in high school … was a soccer player before making the switch to volleyball at age 15.

CLUB:

In three years with Premier Volleyball Club, led her team to back-to-back top-five finishes at the AAU Championships, earning All-America honors.
