Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the first time as a Seminole…opened up in 19:45.7 at the Mountain Dew Invitational; nearly a two-minute PB over 5k…followed up even faster at FSU Invitational (19:34.3)…also ran her first 6k at the Crimson Classic. Indoors: Saw action in the first two indoor meets of her career…opened up with an impressive 5:14.39 mile at the Clemson Invitational; an 18-second improvement on her high school 1600 PB…ran 10:23.13 3000 at the Bob Pollock Invitational. Outdoors: Competed in five meets and continued her upward trend…collegiate-best 4:48.11 1500 came at FSU Relays…opened her outdoor season with the 5000 PB (18:25.55) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in one meet, running the 1500 at the FSU Relay (5:38.67)…did not compete indoors. Cross Country: Saw action in two meets, running 21:41.2 in FSU debut at Mountain Dew, then following with a 22:03.7 at the FSU Invitational.
A four-year member of the Cocoa Beach cross country and track & field program in high school…strong student who is majoring in biomathematics…earned a spot on the ACC Academic Honor Roll in 2016-17…enjoys skateboarding in her free time…born March 12, 1997.
