PERFORMANCE PROFILE

Coming off her finest track & field season where she record three new PBs and earned a spot on the ACC Outdoor Championships roster…coaching staff hopes she is ready to tap into her significant potential and become a fixture in cross country lineup…had a distinguished high school career at Evangelical Christian, which included five Florida 1A state titles between cross country and track.

2016-17

Cross Country: Lined up four times in the fall for the Noles, including the adidas XC Challenge and FSU Invitational…earned a spot in the ACC Championships lineup for the second consecutive year when she led a group of Noles competing at the Crimson Classic (22:41.1, 6k)…top finish came at FSU Invitational (19:27.5, 5k) when she was 33rd overall. Indoors: Did not compete. Outdoors: Competed in seven meets, primarily focusing on the 1500 but also the 5000 and the 3000 steeplechase…finished with a flurry, earning a trip to the ACC Championships for the first time when she put together a strong PB double at the Seminole Twilight…won the 1500 (4:31.50) – a six-second PB – and came back to whack 30 seconds off her previous-best 5000 (17:56.83).

2015-16

Cross Country: Was in the lineup for six races as a freshman, including the ACC and NCAA South Championships…trimmed nearly a minute off her 5000 and 6000-meter times over the course of the season…ran 18:36.6 at the Alabama Crimson Classic…finished 69th as FSU’s No. 5 runner at the South Region in Tuscaloosa (21:52.8). Indoor: saw action in three meets in her first indoor track experience…highlight came in the 3000 (10:19.76) at the Conference Clash/Power 5 Invitte in Birmingham, Ala. Outdoor: opened the year with a third-place finish in the 2000m steeplechase (7:45.90) at FSU Invitational…flashed progress in her season-finale 1500 at the UNF Twilight (4:41.52) to place third.

Personal:

Four-year member of the National Honor Society at Evangelical Christian…spent four years on student council, serving as president during her freshman and sophomore years…selected the Overall Female Athlete of the Year by the Fort Myers News Press for the 2014-15 school year, after winning state titles in cross country and pulling the 1600/3200 double on the track…won her first state title as a sophomore on the track in the 3200…had high school PBs of 4:49.35 (1600) and 10:52.17 (3200)…born February 7, 1997.
