Cross Country: Transition from being a strong B-team runner to running in the top 10…placed 53rd in her first ACC Championship performance for the runner-up Noles…served as alternate for the South Region and NCAA Championship meets…breakthrough third place overall performance at the Charlotte Invitational and followed by fifth place finish at the FSU Invitational secured ACC spot, where she posted a 6k career-best 21:31.1. Outdoor: Carried cross country momentum onto the track where she competed in four meets, including the ACC Championships for the first time…established new career best times in the 1500 (4:43.27), 3000 (10:01.92) and 5000 (17:10.10).
Cross Country: Competed in three meets as one of the leading runners on the B team…turned in her finest performance at the FSU Invitational, placing 16th in a 5k season-best 18:29.2…opened the year with a 22nd-place showing at the Charlotte Invitaitonal with a 6k time of 22:20.3. Outdoor: Lined up for the 1500 in three home meets, improving with each outing…capped her abbreviated year on the track at the Seminole Twilight with a then career-best 4:48.57 to place sixth.
Cross Country: Freshman campaign included appearances at the FSU Invitational where she ran 23:19.8 in her first collegiate 6k…came back with an 18:29.4 at the Queens Royals Challenge. Outdoor: Raced just once, at the FSU Relays, where she ran 4:58.25 in the 1500.
Starred in five sports for Jacksonville’s Episcopal High…earned team MVP honors three times in cross country and once each in soccer and track…was selected school’s Most Athletic Senior…placed third at the state championship track meet in both the 1600 and 3200 as a senior…outstanding student who is completing her degree in hospitality management…comes from an athletic family as father David played Major League Baseball for Baltimore and Milwaukee..mother Angela was on the junior college national championship soccer team at Essex in Baltimore, Md…older sister Jessica is an FSU grad (’12)…born May 16, 1994.
