PERFORMANCE RESULTS

A nine-time All-American over the course of her Florida State career…won the 2015 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships steeplechase title in her final collegiate race…one of only three athletes to earn ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field…a two-time Capital One Academic All-American…2015 NCAA Woman of the Year Top 30 honoree…2015 USTFCCCA Division I Women’s Outdoor Track Scholar Athlete of the Year.

2015:

Capped her collegiate career by winning the NCAA Outdoor 3000 steeplechase title  with the third-fastest time in collegiate history (9:29.32)…the win in school record time marked the ninth All-American honor in her career…won the ACC 1500-meter title on her home track…was honored as the ACC Outdoor Track Performer fo the Year…earned her eighth career All-American honor at the 2015 NCAA Indoor Championships, placing third in one of the fastest championship mile races in meet history, running 4:31.25…came into the meet as the No. 1 seed  following her 4:29.67 win at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University…not only was it a school and ACC record performance but it ranked No. 5 in NCAA history at the time…won her second consecutive ACC mile title after anchoring the Noles’ DMR to victory on the opening day of the meet…won six of eight races she has competed in this season…also anchored FSU’s NCAA-qualifying DMR at Boston (11:04.53)…coming off her third consecutive All-American cross country season; one of only three FSU athletes to ever accomplish that feat….outstanding student-athlete who is a two-time Golden Nole recipient and 2014 Capital One CoSIDA Academic All-American.

2014

Outdoor season was cut short by injury but not before claiming her second consecutive ACC Outdoor Championship in the steeplechase as Noles completed the Triple Crown of titles…placed sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile…won ACC indoor mile in season-best 4:34.80…anchored NCAA qualifying DMR to win at Husky Classic (11:01.59).

2013:

Capped huge year with NCAA Outdoor runner-up steeplechase finish in school and ACC record (9:38.23), meeting the Olympic A-standard…second-fastest sophomore and No. 8 all-time in NCAA…cruised to first ACC steeplechase title and followed with a runner-up finish in 5000…PR 1500m (4:15.05) came at Virginia Challenge…rallied DMR to a fourth-place finish at NCAA Indoor Championships with a monster 1600m leg…anchored DMR to ACC title in conference record (10:57.41)…backed it up with 3000m PR (9:13.79) for silver.

2012:

Freshman season capped by fifth-place steeplechase finish at NCAA Outdoor Championships…was runner-up in steeplechase at ACC Outdoors and fourth in mile at ACC Indoors.

Cross Country:

Earned her third consecutive All-American honor after placing 23rd at 2014 NCAA Championships…successfully defended her NCAA South Region title after a second consecutive runner-up ACC finish…swept ACC Performer and Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors in 2013 after placing sixth at the NCAA Championships…won NCAA South Region title as Noles completed their third consecutive sweep of South Region and ACC team titles…was second at ACC Championships…was 12th at 2012 NCAA Championships for fourth-place Seminoles…second at South Region after fourth-place ACC finish, which earned her ACC Rookie of the Year honors.

Personal:

Missouri Gatorade Runner of the Year as senior in cross country and track at Nerinx Hall (St. Louis, Mo.)…was 20th at Foot Locker Nationals…three-year All-State honoree, capped her career winning state titles in the 1600 (4:52.17) and 3200 (10:27.62)…coached by her father at Nerinx Hall…National Merit Commended Scholar…passed on modeling career to chase collegiate running dreams…born Nov. 20, 1992.
