PERFORMANCE RESULTS

A versatile, third-year contributor on the track who has been a key component on the 4×400 relay, while also providing points in the 400 hurdles…an All-ACC Academic performer in 2013 for the Seminoles.

2013

Outdoor: Enjoyed a breakthrough season, lowering her personal-best in the 400-meter hurdles by two seconds, while also contributing to FSU’s NCAA East Preliminary-qualifying 4×400 relay team…came up huge at the ACC Championships with a PR in the 400 hurdle finals (1:00.73) to place fifth, after qualifying seventh…the Seminoles went on to post a narrow runner-up team finish.

Indoor: Teamed with Elizabeth Ichite, Sage Watson and Marsha Ariol on the Seminoles’ runner-up ACC Championships 4×400 relay (3:40.07), which posted the fastest mark indoors or outdoors in three seasons…contributed a blistering 55.34 split to the runner-up effort, helping FSU to a second place team finish…established new 400 PR (56.38) at the Razorback Invitational.

2012

Outdoor: Saw action in the 400-meter hurdles for the first time and made rapid improvement, capped by a personal-best of 1:02.52 at the ACC Championships, where she narrowly missed qualifying for the finals…also saw time as a member of the 4×400 relay team.

Indoor: Competed in four meets as a true freshman, including the ACC Championships, where she was a member of FSU’s fifth-place 4×400 relay and also competed in the 400-meter dash…established her 400-meter season-best at Razorback Invitational (57.86).

Personal:

Exceptional student who is majoring in music, where she is also quite versatile…came to FSU from South County High where she was the Virginia AAA state indoor runner-up in the long jump as a senior…earned Washington Post All-Met honors…born October 8, 1992
