2013 Seminole Intercollegiate Golf Tournament Volunteer Opportunities

Shuttle Drivers – Drive golf carts to transport each group of golfers from green to tee to help with pace of play. Volunteers are needed to transport on holes 3-4, 5-6, 9-10, 11-12, 15-16, and 18-1. This person will be able to pick up their shuttle cart at the clubhouse and drive to their assigned location. The event starts at 7:30 AM for the first two rounds and 8:30 AM for the final round and finishes around 3:00/4:00 PM.

Scorecard Runner – (Great for Kids) this position will assist the scoring tents in making sure the players’ scorecards make it swiftly to the scoreboard to be confirmed and posted. This can be done in pairs if the kids want to participate with a friend.

Hydration/Snack Patrol – This position will ensure that players, coaches and volunteers on the golf course are provided with proper hydration and snacks, in addition to delivering lunch to volunteers. The same time commitments as above would apply here.
