In Memory of Ronalda Pierce
Rhonda John – Ashburn, GA
To Linda and Family,
This has been one of the hardest things that I have ever had to go through in my entire life! I am not one to question the acts of God, but I do wonder. However, I am at peace in knowing that Nalda did experience some of the things in life that she always dreamed of doing. I am very proud to have been her Godmother and a part of her life for nineteen years. May Linda, Shonda, Andre, Roy and the rest of the family find strength in knowing that Nalda touched many lives in her short time with us. She has been an inspiration to me and many others along her path. Linda, I love you and always will. May God continue to strenghthen and bless you.
Just wanted to let the team, coaches, staff, and Ronalda’s family know that I will be thinking of them during this time of sorrow. I wish Ronalda’s family the best.
Hi, this is Jessica Bryant. Ronalda and I used to play basketball together as teammates on coach Seth Berl’s AAU Hawks team and I just want her mother to know that Ronalda was an incredible individual that touched and impacted my life enormously!

My prayers and thoughts are with the family of this wonderful basketball player Ronalda Pierce. She will be dearly missed by Florida State University and her former teammates, but now she is in a better place. She will be missed by all. “Ronalda Pierce is gone but she is not forgotton.”

I’m very sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my prayers, hoping you get through this time with ease. I can’t say sorry enough. I didn’t know Ronalda that well, but she was apart of the ACC family and that made her my sister. God Bless.

Dear Pierce Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with your family as well as the Seminole Basketball family at this trying time.
It’s always difficult to find the right words of condolence when we lose a loved one, especially an angel as young as Ronalda; God definitely has a plan for her!
Brian Maddox (Lakeland, FL)
Few people come in and touch you from their first steps on campus. I didn’t know Ronalda that well, but her presence as a Lady Seminole Basketball player will be deeply missed. From reading what others have written about her, Ronalda seemed like she was one of those people. As a fellow Seminole, I mourn the loss a great athlete and person who stepped on the FSU campus. The comfort that I can offer is that Ronalda is in a place much better than on earth. She will be forever taken care of and will always be remembered as a great person and athlete.
Kimberly Pierce (Ashburn, Ga)
I would like to start by saying that Ronalda will truly be missed not only by me, but by my family as well as hers. Ronalda was a cousin that I really looked up to becuase she would always put God first in everything that she would do. To the Lady Rebels you know what Ronalda would want you all to do put God first and follow your dreams. A big thanks to Flordia State University for making her dreams come true. Ronalda thank you for making us proud and to say she is from Ashburn, GA.

My heart goes out for the family, staff and her teammates. I’ve seen her play. My daughter plays for another ACC team. They too are touched.
