Our deepest sympathies and prayers goes out to the Pierce and Carithers families. “Nada” as we called her will be missed on North Leary Road. We will miss seeing her come home on Fridays’ for the weekend from school. We know that Nada is in a better place now. God bless you all.

I sincerely send my prayers to Pierce’s family and close friends. I had the pleasure of meeting one of her basketball teammates, but never had the grace of formally meeting Ronalda. I know she was an extraordinary player and FSU will truly miss her. Again, I am very sorry for the loss of this fine player.

As not just a Seminoles fan, but as a human being, I want to express my utmost condolences to the family, friends, and teamates of Ronalda Pierce at this very sad time. What a tragedy, for such a wonderful young lady to have passed away so early in her life! A tragedy for her, of course, but also a tragedy for everyone whose life she touched. My thoughts and prayers will be with those people from now on, because I know what it’s like to lose someone early in their life.

Thank you, Ronalda, for being a Florida State athlete and giving so much of your time and hard work to the university. It will always be appreciated. We will see you in heaven when we get there!

Although I’ve never met Ronalda Pierce, my heart was touched by the news of her sudden death. Please know that Earth has no sorrows that Heaven cannot heal. Cherish the times spent with your loved one. To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under Heaven. A time to be born, and a time to die, a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted.

To the Pierce family and friends:
Being a former resident of Ashburn, Ga. I too share the same pain that you feel at this very moment. My condolences go out to you, your family, and friends. God called her home at a early age but God knows best. I wish you the best of luck, because the next couple of days, months, and years will probably be the hardest you will ever have to face. I will continue to pray for you and your family through these troublesome times.

Love Erica Walker
