FSU Women’s Soccer Gets Shutout Win on The Road at USF


TAMPA, Fla. — With under a minute remaining in regulation, Florida State’s
Jill Ford scored the game-winning goal to defeat the University of South
Florida 1-0 at the USF Soccer Stadium. FSU women’s soccer (7-9) ends a
two-match losing streak and and get their third win on the road this
season.



Ford, who now lead the team in goals (5), headed the game-winning goal
from in front of the box off an assist by Alex Osorio. Osorio also leads
the team in assists (6). The Seminoles out shot the Bulls 14-10.



Florida State closes out it’s home schedule Sunday, October 26 against
Duke at the Seminole Soccer Complex at 2 p.m.
