Standing Alternate Dumbell Press



– stand feet shoulder width apart, grip bar or DB with hands facing forward
– keep chest tall, back flat, feet flat, and knees slightly bent
– with the bar or DB at the top of the shoulders, press straight above head
– the arms extend to a locked out overhead position
– the pressing path of the bar: top of shoulders back slightly to above ears
