Sunshine Network To Air FSU-Miami Super Regional Games Live In Most Markets

May 31, 2000

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Sunshine Network will provide exclusive live coverage of the NCAA
Baseball Super Regionals featuring Florida State and Miami this weekend
from Dick Howser Stadium. Friday and Saturday’s games are scheduled for
7:00 p.m. and will be aired live. However, per NCAA Championship rules,
the game will be blacked out within a 60-mile radius of Tallahassee if not
sold out.

Sunshine Network will show the Sunday championship game (if the best two
of three series has not been decided on Saturday) live statewide. Sunshine
will air the Friday game statewide with the exception of the
Orlando-Daytona Beach market, and the Saturday game everywhere except the
Dade, Broward or Monroe counties. These areas will not see the live
broadcast due to previously scheduled programming. Sunshine will re-air
the Saturday game again statewide beginning at 10 p.m.

Satellite subscribers (i.e. DirecTV, Dish Network, etc.) should see all 3
games live on Sunshine, as they will be put on Sunshine’s main transponder.
