The Seminoles Wrap-Up Preparations For In-State Rival Florida

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The 9th-ranked Florida State Seminoles (9-2, 7-1 ACC) held a light 15-period practice Thursday afternoon as they wrapped up preparations for Saturday’s game at No. 11 Florida (8-3, 6-2 ACC). Saturday’s contest will be the final regular season game for the Seminoles as they await their bowl assignment. FSU has won four of the last five meetings with the Gators.

Starting strongside linebacker Michael Boulware is listed as questionable and starting middle linebacker Allen Augustin is listed as questionable. Boulware is backed up by Ray Piquion and Sam McGrew is No. 2 behind Augustin.

The Seminoles will be without fullback B.J. Dean (knee), who has started six games this season. James Coleman is expected to make his third straight start and will be backed up by Chad Canfield.

Injury report: OG Eric Broe (out – knee), OG Matt Heinz (out – back), DE Willie Jones (out – Achilles’), CB Jhermaine McAroy (out – shoulder), FB Torrance Washington (out – knee), FB B.J. Dean (out – knee), WR Craphonso Thorpe (out – broken leg), LB Michael Boulware (probable – ankle), C David Castillo (probable -knee), Antonio Cromartie (probable – knee), CB Bryant McFadden (probable – hamstring), LB Allen Augustin (questionable – ankle), NG Jeff Womble (probable – triceps).

Saturday’s game is scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff and will be televised on CBS.
