Florida State Ticket Office FAQ

What are the hours of operation for ticket office?

Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. The office is closed on the weekends. Tickets are offered on www.seminoles.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week when available. If the ticket office is closed please send an email to ticketoffice@seminoles.com and a response will be given as soon as possible.

When do gates open for sporting events?


Gates will open two (2) hours prior to kick off. Will Call will open at least four (4) hours prior to kickoff and will close at halftime.

Men’s and Women’s Basketball

Gates will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the game. Will Call will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the event through halftime.


Gates will open two (2) hours prior to first pitch. Will call will open two (2) hours prior to the start of the game.

Does a baby or child need a ticket?


Everyone that enters the stadium needs a ticket. No exceptions.

I have already ordered tickets. When will I receive them?


The tickets will be mailed no later than two (2) weeks before the game


Should receive about a week before the game at the latest

Tickets ordered ten (10) days or less prior to an event are placed in Will Call. Tickets may be picked up at the FSU Athletics Ticket Office.

When do booster parking lots open on football game day?

For most football games parking lots will open five (5) hours prior to kick off.

Where is general parking located for game days?


Public parking for football games is located in the Woodward parking garage. Customers can also park at the Civic Center and ride the shuttle bus over to Doak Campbell Stadium. For parking inquires please call the Civic Center at 850-487-1691.

Men’s and Women’s Basketball

General parking is available at all basketball games in the St. Augustine parking garage. Students can park for free with a valid FSU student parking permit.


General parking is available for all baseball games in the lot between Spirit Way and Chieftan Way and the circus parking lot off of Chieftan Way. Parking in those lots is restricted to any legal parking spot (i.e. not handicap parking spots and 24 hour service spots).

Men’s and Women’s Basketball

Disabled parking is available for all basketball games on a first come first serve basis with a valid handicap decal. Parking is located on the east side of the stadium and in the main lot (west side). If you have questions regarding parking please call the Civic Center at 850-487-1691


Diabled parking is located in the parking lot behind home plate (next to the Bobby Bowden statue). Parking is available on a first come first serve basis with a valid handicap decal. If you have any questions regarding parking please call the Seminole ticket office at 850-644-1830.

If my tickets are lost or stolen, what can I do?

The Seminole ticket office can reprint any ticket that is purchased through our office. To have a ticket reprinted send an email to ticketoffice@seminoles.com. Include your customer number, which games need to be reprinted, the seat numbers, and who will be picking the tickets up from will call. Reprinted tickets must be picked up from the Seminole ticket office or will call on game day.

What do I do if I have a ticket issue (i.e. lost tickets, never received) and the ticket office is closed (i.e. game day)?

If tickets are lost, stolen, or never received please visit will call at the event. A ticket representative can assist in reprinting the tickets. The Seminole ticket office can assist anyone with a photo ID who purchased a ticket through our office or StubHub. If the ticket holder is not present on the day of the game, they must send an email to ticketoffice@seminoles.com and a ticket representative will assist with the issue.

If my tickets are reprinted, what will stop someone from using my original tickets?

When a ticket is reprinted, the bar code on the original ticket becomes invalid and will not be accepted at the game. Someone can attempt to use an original ticket that has been reprinted, but ONLY THE NEW TICKET WILL BE VALID.

I did not receive my print-at-home (PAH) tickets, what should I do?

After purchasing print-at-home tickets, customers will receive two emails. The first email will provide a confirmation of the order. The second email will include a PDF attachment containing your game ticket. If the order includes two different ticket types (i.e. adult and youth), an email, including the PDF attachment, will be sent for each type of ticket (i.e. one email for adult tickets and one for youth tickets).

Make sure the print-at-home email does not get trapped in a spam or junk folder. The best way to avoid this is to include ticketoffice@seminoles.com on your trusted sender list.

To avoid print-at-home format issues customers must have the latest version Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed. Click here to visit Adobe’s website.

If a print-at-home ticket is lost, please sign in to your account online and select the My Account option to have the ticket resent. Under Manage My Tickets click on the option Re-issue Print at Home Ticket/Items. An email including a PDF attachment with the ticket will be sent shortly.

Can I leave tickets at will call for someone else to pick up?

Yes, anyone can drop off will call envelopes prior to the event. The name must be clearly written on the envelope. A photo ID will be required for someone to pick the tickets up from will call

How do I have someone else pick up tickets that I purchased?

Send an email to ticketoffice@seminoles.com with the person’s name that will be picking the tickets up. In order for the named person to pick the tickets up, a valid photo ID must be presented.

How do I request a seat location change?

Any seat location request must be submitted in writing. Customers can either email the ticket office at ticketoffice@seminoles.com, fax (850-644-5688), mail (Athletic Ticket Office, P.O. Box 2195, Tallahassee, FL 32316), or hand deliver the request.

A request to change seat location does not guarantee accommodation. The Seminole ticket office looks at every request that is submitted and accommodates them based on priority and availability.

How do I change my mailing address/email address/phone number/account name?

To change the mailing address for a Seminole ticket office account, please send an email to ticketoffice@seminoles.com. For the request to be processed, please include your ticket office customer number, old address, and new address. Any change to an account must be requested in writing.

Will I get better seats by ordering online or by calling your office?

Both methods of purchasing tickets access the best available seats. However, if the ticket office is closed tickets can still be purchased and seated online at www.seminoles.com.

I’m an FSU employee, how do I pay for my tickets through payroll deduction?

The payroll deduction form is available online at www.seminoles.com and is located on the football information page.

The payroll deduction form must be filled out and turned in with the original signature (not a copy or fax).

Employees of state agencies must contact their Human Resource department to check the availability of payroll deduction.

Why are there fees for purchasing tickets?

Fees incurred by patrons when purchasing season or single game tickets are used to assist the Florida State Athletics Department in the processing of ticket orders and online services. Order charges help minimize the cost of online processing, credit card processing, phone charges, printing, delivery, and software charges.

How do I check my priority points?

Priority points can be checked online at www.seminoles.com. After logging in to your account select the My Account option. Under Manage My Tickets click on the option View My Priority Points.

Can I purchase tickets outside the stadium?

The Seminole ticket office guarantees any tickets purchased through the Seminole ticket office or StubHub. StubHub is the only authorized secondary market site where tickets can be sold or purchased. Tickets purchased from any other place are not guaranteed to be valid and customers run the risk of being denied entrance to the game.

What if I need to exchange my tickets for a handicap accessible seat?

The Seminole ticket office offers handicap accessible seating to all ticketed sporting events. If handicap accessible seating is not specified at the time of order, please call the Seminole ticket office at 850-644-1830 to make arrangements.

If arrangements cannot be made in advance, please visit will call at the event and tickets can be exchanged for handicap accessible seats depending on availability.

Customers are allowed to buy one attendant seat (fold out chair will be provided) for every handicap accessible seat purchased.

I purchased tickets and no longer need them. Can I get a refund?

The Florida State Ticket Office has a no refund policy.

Football and Basketball tickets purchased through the ticket office can be resold through www.stubhub.com.
