FSU Student Ticket Group Seating

Any group of 2 or more students that wish to sit together for a football game may do so by following these easy steps:

Creating a Group

Step 1– Select a group leader to create the group online. The group leader must first sign in to their student account at the FSU Student Ticket website. If it is your first time on the new site you will need to activate your online account.

Step 2- Once you have signed in to your account, select “Create a Group” under Group Seating Information.

Step 3- Enter the name that you would like the group to be called. Enter a password that members will need to know in order to join the group. Re-enter the same password to confirm that it is entered correctly.

Step 4- The group leader may enter the email addresses of any student that they would like to receive an invitation to join the group. Click the “Submit” button and the group will be created and invitations will be emailed. The email invitation will include the group name and password. While this is the easiest way to distribute the information about joining the group, it is not the only way. Once the group is created, the group name and password can be distributed any other way that the group members choose.

Joining a Group

Step 1- If you received an email invitation to join a group, simply click on the link in the email to go to the FSU Student Ticket website. If it is your first time on the new site you will need to activate your student account first.

Step 2- Once you are signed in to your student account, click the “Join a Group” link under Group Seating Information.

Step 3- Enter the group name and password. Click the “Submit” button.

Students may join as many groups as they want at anytime and throughout the entire football season. Each group that you join will show in a drop-down box on your student application during the registration period for each individual game. You will only be able to choose 1 group to sit with for each game.

If a lottery is necessary for a particular game, each student will be entered individually for the lottery regardless of what group they may be part of. If the student is awarded a ticket through the lottery, they will then be seated with those members of their group that also were awarded a ticket through the lottery. It is very possible, if a lottery is necessary, that some group members will be awarded tickets and some will not.
