VIP Experience One of Several Perks for Season-Ticket Renewals

March 22, 2012

Florida State is preparing for the 2012 college football season with the start of spring practice this week and Seminoles fans have the opportunity to do the same thing.

The priority deadline for season-ticket renewals is March 30 so over the next several days, those ‘Noles fans that wish to keep their same seats from last season or request better ones are encouraged to call the FSU Ticket Office at 1-888-FSU-NOLE or visit the online ticket office by clicking here.

Fans that renew before the deadline not only ensure their seats for a highly anticipated season but they also receive some added perks, including taking part in a VIP spring-weekend experience.

Included in that experience is the opportunity to attend a torch-lighting ceremony on Langford Green with the football team the night before Florida State’s April 14 spring game. After the Unconquered Statue is lit, VIP members will be invited to Kleman Plaza for the Friday Night Block Party before getting the opportunity to go onto Bobby Bowden Field at the conclusion of the Garnet and Gold Game the following day.

There are away-game bonuses for season-ticket renewals as well.

Tickets issued to FSU for games on the road are reserved for boosters and season-ticket holders. With contests at in-state foes USF and Miami this season, the Athletic Ticket Office anticipates high demand with limits placed on orders. These limits will be based on priority accounts renewed by the March 30 deadline.

Before gates open on the day of the spring game, new season-ticket purchasers will have the chance to participate in a select-a-seat promotion inside Doak Campbell Stadium. As part of the event, balloons will mark available seats in the stands for new season-ticket orders.

Any season tickets that have not been renewed by the March 30 deadline cannot be guaranteed for priority seating consideration and may be dropped from accounts prior to the seat allocation process beginning.

With 18 starters returning to an FSU team that has won 19 games over the past two seasons, expectations are higher than ever. Be sure to support the ‘Noles’ quest for an ACC and National Championship by renewing your season tickets today.
