Update us on where you are at these days
Right now I’m home in Dayton Beach, working out two times a day, getting ready to work out with a couple of teams, hopefully I can stick around.

What are your future plans?
I was going to go overseas, but I didn’t want to go so I held back because I fully believe that I can play at the NBA level without a doubt so I didn’t want to go overseas.

What do you miss about playing at Florida State?
The atmosphere, the crowd, just getting every going. The crowd getting into me, I’m getting into the crowd. Seeing everyone turning their level of play up to the next level. It was just fun. It was magic sometimes at home. We would just come together and we could be the best team in the world at home. I was telling Nate (Johnson) tonight that I miss it, it was best time, I wish we could have gone to the NCAAs. That would have put a stamp on everything.

What are your thoughts on the current team?
Young, very athletic. I feel that we have a very good chance of coming together like Carolina. We’ve got a lot of talent, a lot of talent, A LOT of talent. We’ve got guys who can play two positions at probably each spot on this team, that’s real good.

What advice do you have for them?
Keep playing hard. Don’t quit. Play smart. Just play hard, play smart, that’s the thing. That’s the only thing I can tell them. That’s what I brought here, that’s what coach Hamilton allowed me to bring here and it was really fun to be here.

Update us on where you are at these days
Right now I’m down here working out with the team, waiting. My agent is working out some things for me to find me a new job overseas. The situation I was in wasn’t the best for me so he decided to get me out and look for something else.

What are your future plans?
My chances are real good of going back overseas this season, but if I can’t get over there I’m going to continue to work out and come down here every so often with the team and help coach with the guys and things of that nature, but continue to stay in shape and get ready for next year.

What do you miss about playing at Florida State?
Oh man, everything. The environment. On this level it’s more of a team thing, you’re cool with the guys. At the professional level you go to practice and then you don’t talk to anyone, it’s more of an individual thing. I miss the team chemistry and stuff like that. Everything about college basketball, the ACC, it doesn’t get any better than that.

What are your thoughts on the current team?
I saw them play against Florida, but I haven’t seen any of their other games, but what I saw against Florida, they played a great game, finally got over the hump of beating Florida – I was kind of sad we couldn’t do it – but still Florida State finally beat Florida. They’re very talented, young, some of the mistakes they make people probably get on them a lot but they’re still growing and learning so as long as they continue to do that they’ll be good in the long run.

What advice do you have for them?
Listen to the coaches like we did. Come to practice everyday trying to get better and towards the end of the season you’ll get better results.
