RETURNING TO CALIFORNIA
It has been a while since the Seminole women’s golf has traveled to California. The Seminoles most recently played in the Golden State in 2007. Florida State opened its last four seasons at the Lady Puerto Rico Challenge. However, Coach Amy Bond thought it would be good challenge for the Seminoles to try a new venue for their 2012 spring opener. The field at Northrup Grumman Regional Challenge has an extremely strong group of teams. Coach Bond thought it would be a great start for the season to see where the Seminoles stand compared to the other teams in the country.
