Women’s Hoops Single-Game Tickets on Sale

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Seminoles.com) – The Florida State Athletics Ticket Office is now selling individual single-game tickets to all 16 home games for the 2016-17 Florida State Women’s Basketball season. Fans can purchase tickets on Seminoles.com or by calling the FSU Athletics Ticket Office at 1-888-FSU-NOLE.

The single-game tickets are for general admission seating only. The cost includes $6 for adults and $4 for youth and senior citizens. General admission seating sections are located between sections 103-110 and 115-123 of the Donald L. Tucker Center.

Playing one of the best home schedules in program history, the 2016-17 Florida State Women’s Basketball season is sure to offer plenty of excitement. FSU is ranked 12th in the USA TODAY Preseason Coaches’ Poll, its third-highest preseason ranking ever.

In ESPNW’s updated preseason poll, the Seminoles rank 10th nationally. According to the poll, FSU faces six preseason Top 25 teams at home. They include No. 1 UConn (Nov. 14, 6 p.m.), No. 5 Louisville (Jan. 12, 7 p.m.), No. 8 Texas (Feb. 13, 7 p.m.), No. 13 Syracuse (Jan. 19, 7 p.m.), No. 18 Miami (Feb. 6, 7 p.m.) and No. 22 Florida (Dec. 8, 6 p.m.).

In addition to its new ticket offers, Florida State Women’s Basketball has also announced its non-conference game promotions for the upcoming season:

Nov. 6 vs. St. Francis (Illinois) – Fan Day
o Free admission for all fans.
o Fans in attendance will have opportunity to purchase any of FSU’s ticket packages on site.
o Clear drawstring bag giveaway while supplies last.

Nov. 11 vs. Jacksonville State – Military Appreciation Day
o Free admission with a football ticket against Boston College.
o Free admission for veterans (need military ID), teenagers 18 and under and Leon County Schools teachers with a badge.

Nov. 14 vs. UConn – Pack The Tuck Night
o Free admission for sports team. Pre-registration can be done by emailing cmlawrence@fsu.edu.

Nov. 17 vs. Jacksonville – 70s Night
o A 1970s-themed atmosphere will be created at the Donald L. Tucker Center.
o Fans are encouraged to wear 1970’s garb for an opportunity to win prizes.

Nov. 20 vs. James Madison – Team Day
o Free admission for sports team. Pre-registration can be done by emailing cmlawrence@fsu.edu.

Dec. 4 vs. Western Carolina – Holiday Snow Festival
o Get into the holiday spirit by watching the game and then attending the post-game snow festival.
o Food, hot cocoa and more will be available at the snow fest.
o FSU beanies available for fans while supplies last (after the game)

Dec. 8 vs. Florida – Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Night
o Purchase a general admission ticket for just $3 by showing your ticket to the men’s basketball game vs. Nicholls State.

Dec. 19 vs. North Florida – America’s Second Harvest Food Drive
o Bring a non-perishable food item and get into the game for free!
