Women’s Tennis Eliminated from ACC Tournament

ATLANTA — The No. 8 seeded Florida State women’s tennis team was
eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Atlantic Coast Conference
tournament, 5-0, by No. 1 Duke Friday in Atlanta. Florida State’s record
now stands at 12-11 on the 1998 season.

The Lady Seminoles lost all five points at the singles positions. The
remaining matches were not finished or not played.
