Women’s Tennis Falls to Duke

DURHAM, NC — The Florida State women’s tennis was defeated by Duke Universiy 8-1 on Thursday. FSU’s record now stands at 10-10 on the season and 1-6 in the ACC.

The Lady Seminoles were swept in singles play, but managed to pick up a victory at No. 3 doubles when Ali Webber and Helena Karlsson defeated Laura Zifer and Ellen McCance 8-3.

The Lady Seminoles now travel to Chapel Hill to face the University of North Carolina in a 2:00 p.m. match.
