2020 Football Ticket FAQ

Q: How do I send digital tickets to a friend?
A: You may transfer tickets electronically. Please view the PDF for more information.

Q: Can I resell FSU football tickets for the 2020 season?
A: Yes, please click here to login to your account and post your tickets on StubHub.

Q: Can I enter the stadium via any gate?
A: We are asking all patrons to enter at the gate designated on your ticket. Dunlap Champions Club patrons must enter via the club entrance in the south end zone. Club seats will not scan as valid tickets at any other gate. SAMPLE TICKET

Q: If I chose mobile tickets in order to download them to my phone, what should I do prior to arriving at Doak?
A: Please click here to view a tutorial video regarding mobile tickets

Q: Can parking passes be scanned from my phone?
A: No, all parking was delivered via a printable PDF. Please print each game’s pass prior to your arrival and display the pass to officers at the checkpoints and lot entrance.

Q: Given the reduction to 20-25% capacity for the 2020 football season, what does that mean as a season ticket holder?

A: In order to have a safe experience for all fans all seats at Doak Campbell have been socially distanced which has resulted in a stadium at approximately 25 percent. FSU Athletics and Seminole Boosters finalized a ticket plan that will allow all annual fund donors that purchased season tickets the opportunity to attend at least three home games this season. There will be two separate 3-game packages available and a select number of accounts will have access to both packages based on their tier and membership level.

Q: What games are in each three-game pack for the 2020 football season?

Georgia Tech – September 12

North Carolina – October 17

Virginia – November 28

Jacksonville State — October 3

Pittsburgh – November 7

Clemson – November 21

Q: What is the cost of each three-game pack?

A: $225 per pack in the main stands, $750 in the Dunlap Champions Club. You must have season tickets in the main stands or Dunlap Champions Club to be eligible to purchase packages in that specific area (e.g. season ticket holders in the main stand cannot purchase seats in the Dunlap Champions Club and vice versa unless you have seats in both).

Q: What are the options if I don’t feel comfortable attending games this year or don’t get my full season tickets?

A: Due to the ongoing effects of the Coronavirus Pandemic, our 20-sport program is being presented with financial challenges unlike we have seen in recent memory. If we are asked to refund a significant amount of donations and ticket purchases, there is the potential based on the outcome of our fall seasons that we will face the possibility of falling significantly short of meeting our funding requirements. Through these challenging days ahead, we will continue our work of providing the necessary resources to support the academic, athletic, and personal development of Florida State student-athletes and the competitive success of Seminole athletics.

We would ask donors to consider the following options:

  1. Convert your donation and ticket purchase into a full-donation for 2020 that may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor before taking any deduction. All donations to the 2020 annual fund will receive five extra priority points for every $100 given.
  2. Shift your season ticket value to fulfill your 2020 Booster contribution by donating the balance.
  3. Roll Over as a Credit for 2021
    1. Donation – roll over for credit during 2021 annual fund
    2. Ticket – roll over for ticket credit during 2021 season
  4. Donors can request a refund for their tickets and donation. This option is least desirable for FSU and Seminole Boosters and will hurt our efforts to support our 400 Seminole student-athletes.

2020 Football Ticket FAQ

Q: If I choose to sit this year out, will I lose my seats in 2021?

A: No, your current 2020 season ticket and parking locations will be carried forward to the 2021 season regardless.

Q: I changed my season ticket locations and/or purchased new seats for the 2020 season. How will those adjustments be reflected moving forward? What about any changes in parking?

A: Any prior changes in season ticket location will be moved forward to the 2021 football season. Any changes in parking will be reflected for the 2020 season, however you will only receive a parking pass for the games which you receive tickets.

Q: After selecting my 2020 ticket package and seat location, when should I receive my tickets and parking?

A: Given the restrictions of the selection timeline leading into our first game versus Georgia Tech on September 12, tickets and parking will be sent out the week of September 7. All parking passes will be sent via print-at-home and tickets will be digital with the option for print-at-home or mobile tickets. Additional information on how to access your tickets and parking will be sent later this month.

Q: Are there any changes to parking or tailgating for the 2020 season?

A: Yes, general admission (scramble) parking will be issued to all donors who qualify ($330 and above) to only the games for which they select tickets. Parking (reserved and general admission) for Golden, Platinum and Legacy Chiefs will be issued for all home games. Tailgating is still under review and no decisions have been made. We will update you as soon as we have information.
