ACC Tournament Tickets Available at FSU Ticket Office

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ( – Florida State women’s basketball fans looking to travel to Greensboro, N.C., for the ACC Women’s Basketball Tournament can support the Seminoles by purchasing tickets at the FSU Athletic Ticket Office.

Fans can call 888-FSU-Nole and purchase ACC Tournament booklets for $99 and watch Florida State as well as a host of other talented programs compete in the new 15-team ACC Tournament that is expected to feature some of the best basketball in the country.

Florida State clinched the No. 9 seed in the ACC Tournament and will face in-state rival and No. 8 seed Miami on Thursday, March 6, at 2 p.m. on the ACC regional sports networks. The tournament begins on Wednesday with Virginia Tech playing Clemson and ends on Sunday, March 9, with the ACC Championship game taking place at 7 p.m. on ESPN.

Fans in Florida can catch the FSU-Miami game on FOX Sports Florida, while other networks airing the game include FOX Sports South, FOX Sports Carolinas, FOX Sports Indiana, Comcast Sports Net Mid-Atlantic, New England Sports Network (NESN), the YES Network, Madison Square Garden Network (MSG) and Root Sports.

Florida State will be making its 22nd appearance in the ACC Tournament. Last season, FSU and Miami also faced off in their ACC Tournament opener as the ‘Noles defeated the Hurricanes, 70-58.

One major highlight to the ACC Tournament is the scheduled performance of national recording artist Danielle Bradbery, winner of NBC’s “The Voice” in 2013. She will perform at halftime of the championship game on March 9 as well as the national anthem prior ti tip-off.

The 2014 ACC Women’s Basketball Tournament will mark the 15th consecutive year the Greensboro Coliseum has played host to the event, the most of any venue. The 2013 Tournament drew over 60,000 fans.
