Can’t make it to the 2nd Annual Steve Robinson Golf Tournament and Silent Auction?

Well, there still is a way for you to participate in the fun and help support FSU men’s basketball and you can be part of FSU history at the same time.

For the first time in history, FSU Athletics will offer Seminole fans and friends an opportunity to participate interactively from a distance during a live event. On May 20, 2001 between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. you will be able to telephone in your bid(s) on the top items in the auction.

Telephone bidders will be bidding live against the guests at the Silver Slipper. All winning telephone bidders will be required to pay by Visa or Master Card only and will have to pay appropriate shipping and handling charges for their item(s) in addition to the winning bid.

Telephone bidding will only take place on May 20, 2001 between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. with winners announced at 8:00 p.m. At 8:00 p.m. whoever has placed the highest bid for an item, will be declared the winner. To place a bid call (850) 544-1753 or (850) 544-1039. Items will be shipped out by May 31, 2001. Pictures, descriptions, and opening bids for each of the premier auction items are listed below.

Remember this is your chance to be part of Seminole history and at the same time support former FSU basketball player Aubry Boyd and the Roundball Club in the memory of Godfrey Smith, a former longtime Seminole Booster.
