Baseball To Host Military Appreciation Night

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State Baseball team will honor the nation’s finest service men and women by hosting Military Appreciation Night at the ballpark when the Seminoles take on Wake Forest Saturday, April 27 at 6:00 p.m. on Mike Martin Field inside Dick Howser Stadium.

The Seminoles will wear special army green jerseys with camouflage lettering for the game while the first 1,000 fans through the gates on Saturday will receive a replica jersey courtesy of the Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic.

Florida State will also honor members of the Wounded Warrior Project Saturday night with a special first pitch celebration and a tribute to the United States with the playing of God Bless America during the seventh inning stretch.
