Maurice Mitchell couldn’t help himself. After making his Olympic debut with a heat victory in the 200-meter dash, he dropped a Tomahawk Chop on the crowd. Meanwhile, Barbara Parker chopped off some time with a new PR in the 5000-meter run.

Medal Hunt Continues For ‘Noles

Kevin and Jonathan Borlee finished fifth and sixth in Monday’s 400-meter Olympic finals, while two others with FSU ties advanced. Maurice Mitchell makes his Olympic debut in the 200 Tuesday morning.

Rising Up On The World Stage


Olympics – Twins Kevin and Jonathan Borlee advanced to the 400-meter dash finals Sunday in London, while Kimberly Williams placed sixth in the triple jump. Only an injury to sprinter Kemar Hyman marred a strong day for the ‘Noles.
