The Seminoles have had at least one golfer named to the prestigious team in 22 of the 26 years the team has been compiled by the coaches’ association.
“The Academic All-America Award is my favorite of all the awards presented by the WGCA.” said Bond. “It extols the academic commitment of all of the honorees. It is an individual award in a team sport but our team has made it a team award. Each of our players lists this award on their list of goals each year; I am thrilled each year it is announced because I know how hard each of our players work in the classroom. I am very proud of Amanda and Puk for their outstanding academic success.”
