TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – As the 2019 Florida State baseball season inches toward Opening Day on February 15, Seminole fans will have two chances over the next two weeks to meet their favorite players and coaches. Fan Day will take place Saturday, February 9, at Dick Howser Stadium, while the Leadoff Dinner will take place on Thursday, February 14, at the Tallahassee Automobile Museum.
Fan Day, presented by Whataburger, is a free event that will begin with team autographs at 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Haggard Plaza, the first base concourse of Dick Howser Stadium. During this time, Mike Martin Field will be open for fans to take pictures. Fans are encouraged to stick around for a scrimmage beginning at 1:30 p.m.
The 2019 team poster will also be available for fans to pick-up at that time. Concessions will be open during both the autograph signing and scrimmage game.
The 34th Annual Leadoff Dinner, on February 14, takes place at the Tallahassee Automobile Museum with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. and dinner from Mom & Dad’s Italian Restaurant beginning at 7:00 p.m.
General admission seating is $30. Reserved seating at a coach or player’s table is $75. Tickets can be purchased from Seminole Boosters here.
