FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Florida State track and field teams dominated several events at the 2009 NCAA Outdoor Championship which showed when FSU head coach Kim Williams (long and triple jump), Charles Clark (200m and 4x100m relay) and Jonathan and Kevin Borlee (400m dash and 4x100m relay).
Alongside Clark and the Borlee brothers, the men’s team also earned two other All-American’s in Javier Garcia-Tunon (400m hurdles) and two-time NCAA Champion and long jumper Ngoni Makusha.
Other Seminole women joining Williams on the esteemed list were first-time NCAA Champion in the 1500m, Susan Kuijken, shot put thrower Allyn Laughlin and the 4x100m relay squad of Danielle Jeffrey, Nicole Marcus, Candyce McGrone and Teona Rodgers who finished first to win the crown.
