Four Noles Are Set To Begin Play In The Destin Invitational

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State men’s tennis team sends four student-athletes to this weekend’s Destin Invitational (Sept. 20-22).

Senior Rana-Roop Singh Bhullar, freshman Loris Pourroy, junior Enzo Le Seguillon and sophomore Juan Martin Jalif will represent the Garnet and Gold in a tournament alongside players from LSU, Tulane and Oklahoma.

Each team will have four singles players and two doubles pairs for each match with regular college match scoring.  The tournament will be played in a round robin hidden dual format, so each team has the opportunity to play each other.

Doubles will be played first each morning to battle for the first point with singles to follow.

In the 2019-20 preseason ITA Collegiate Tennis rankings, Florida State has one ranked singles player (Alex Knaff – 117), one ranked doubles pair (Knaff/Arcila – 11) and one ranked top newcomer (Marcus Walters – 10).
