Four Noles Earn A Spot On 2016 All-ACC Academic Team

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Seminole soccer program has built a history of success on the field, but the Noles also pride themselves on being successful in the classroom. Once again, FSU has earned the ACC Championship for the fourth consecutive season, while four student-athletes were recognized on the 2016 All-ACC Academic Team, as released by the league on Tuesday.

Redshirt senior Kirsten Crowley earned a sort on the All-ACC Academic Team for the second time in her career as she also ended her time in the Garnet and Gold as a First Team Scholar All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America in 2016.

Junior Emma Koivisto earned conference academic honors for the third time in her career, while a pair of sophomores – Natalia Kuikka and Kaycie Tillman – each received their second All-ACC Academic Team award of their careers.

Overall, the Seminoles have placed 53 student-athletes on the All-ACC Academic Team since 2009.
