FSU Athletics And Seminole Boosters Launch 50/50 Raffles At Select Events

Tallahassee, Fla. — Florida State University’s Athletics Department and Seminole Boosters, Inc. announced today that they are partnering with Sportech’s Bump 50:50 to create “The FSU 50/50 raffle giving FSU supporters and fans an opportunity to win prize money while also contributing to the athletic scholarship fund.

Raffle tickets will be available for sale at select home events as well as online at  The winning ticket number will be announced near the end of each contest.  The winner shares half the money raised with the other half going to the fund set up through Seminole Boosters to endow scholarships for FSU student-athletes.

“We are always looking for ways to create even more fan excitement and engagement at our home events and this initiative accomplishes that while raising revenue to fund our athletic scholarships, which is our largest annual expense,” said FSU Director of Athletics David Coburn.  “The raffle system has been successful and popular at other college and professional venues, and we hope that Seminole fans will enjoy the promotion.”

Fans attending FSU home men’s and women’s basketball, baseball and softball games can buy raffle tickets either at stations in the concourses of the venue or online. The winning ticket holder can collect immediately following the game.  If the winning ticket is purchased online, the winner will be notified by the raffle administrators.
