FSU Men’s Tennis To Host Seminole Invitational November 3-5

Tallahassee, Fla. – The Florida State men’s tennis team will host the Seminole Invitational at the Scott Speicher Tennis Center November 3-5. Each day the action will begin at 9:00 a.m. and should conclude around 6:00 p.m. The tournament will feature 15 players that are ranked in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s Top 100.

Along with Florida State the participating schools include Tennessee, North Florida, Kentucky, Florida Atlantic, Miami, Florida, Duke, Jacksonville, Florida A&M, Mercer, Auburn, Georgia State, Texas AM, UAB, Virginia, Troy, Belmont, College of Charleston and Southern Mississippi.

Competing in the tournament for Florida State will be seniors Ytai Abougzir (Boca Raton, Fla.) and Johathas Sucupira (Sao Paulo, Brazil), junior Sam Chang (Young-Ming, Taiwan), sophomores Ryan Boyajian (Weston, Fla.), Andrew Bailey (Tallahassee, Fla.), Chris Cloer (Brevard, N.C.) and Maciek Sykut (Marathon, Fla.) and freshmen Michael O’Shea (Boca Raton, Fla.) and Jean-Yves Aubone (Miami, Fla.).
