TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Throughout the fall, Seminoles.com will take a closer look at this year’s class of newcomers. The 11th ‘Getting To Know’ segment features freshman midfielder/forward Kirsten Crowley from J.R. Arnold High School in Panama City Beach, Fla.

Florida State welcomes 12 new players in 2012 including 11 freshmen and one transfer. Two student-athletes joined the Seminoles a semester early enrolling during the spring 2012 semester, while this year’s class also includes four international players.

Why did you choose Florida State?
It is such a great school. They compete at a high level and everything is top notch. It is also close to home.
