Warren powered the Seminole offense to a sweep of NC State to close out the 2018 regular season. She hit a home run in all three games of the series and had an overall batting average of .714 as she recorded a 2.000 slugging percentage, scored four runs and drove in four RBI.

The Tampa, Fla., native drove in the game-winning run in all three games, and added three walks and was twice hit by a pitch to post an on-base percentage of .833 on the weekend. She now has 78 career home runs and 257 career RBI, which are already FSU and ACC career records, and also rank 11th and 13th all-time in NCAA history, respectively.

Hanson was literally unhittable as she closed out the regular season with 9.0 no-hit innings in FSU’s sweep of NC State. The redshirt senior tossed the fourth no-hitter of her career on May 5 against the Wolfpack and scattered three walks in 7.0 innings and recorded seven strikeouts.

She entered in relief in Sunday’s 3-0 win, retiring all six batters she faced, including three strikeouts, to post her first save of the season. Overall, Hanson has not allowed a hit in her last 10.2 innings in the circle, dating back to April 29 at Notre Dame.

Warren, Hanson and the rest of the Seminoles are traveling to Atlanta, Ga., this week for the ACC Softball Championship on May 9-12. FSU will be the No. 1 seed in the tournament and will play its first game on Thursday, May 10 at 11:00 a.m. versus the winner of Louisville/Syracuse.
